Terms of Service

Welcome to Mick It Happen Handyman Services. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Mick It Happen Handyman Services provides handyman and home repair services including but not limited to:

• Plumbing repairs and fixture installation
• Electrical work (outlet installation, light fixtures, ceiling fans)
• Carpentry and wood repairs
• Painting and drywall services
• Furniture assembly and installations
• General home maintenance and repairs

All estimates provided are free and non-obligatory. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Final pricing may vary based on:

• Actual scope of work discovered during service
• Material costs at time of purchase
• Time required to complete the project
• Unforeseen complications or repairs

Service appointments will be scheduled at mutually convenient times. We require:

• At least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling
• Clear access to the work area
• Someone 18 years or older present during service

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged. We accept:

• Cash
• Check
• Major credit and debit cards

For projects over $1,000, a 50% deposit may be required before work begins.

We stand behind our work with a satisfaction guarantee:

• Labor is warranted for 30 days from service date
• Manufacturer warranties apply to materials used
• We will return to remedy any issues related to our workmanship at no charge

Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, natural wear, or third-party work.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for those services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We maintain liability insurance to protect both our team and customers.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your project
• Ensure safe access to the work area
• Secure or remove valuables and fragile items
• Inform us of any hazards or special conditions
• Pay for services as agreed

Cancelled appointments with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a service fee. If we are unable to complete work due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, access issues), we will reschedule at no additional cost.
